WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
The minimum order for most products is $250 and we only accept orders for full case quantities. Special requests and custom
orders requesting exact quantities are subject to a 5% fee. Although we attempt to ship exact quantities, we reserve the right to ship
and bill up to 5% over or under the order quantity.
WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS OF PAYMENT?
For existing accounts and repeat orders, payment is net 30 days. New customers are subject to a cash advance, including estimated
freight, unless prior credit arrangements have been made, and the order will be processed once payment is received. Credit terms
are net 30 days from date of shipment.
HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TAKE?
Normal production time for imprinted items in catalog quantities is 21 working days from receipt of art approval. For an order to be
considered ready for production, we must have the following information: purchase order number, billing address, item number,
description, color(s), quantity, camera ready artwork (either hard copy or via e-mail), ship date requested, shipping method, ship to
address and any other special instructions. If placing an exact reorder - Reference to previous Purchase Order will help expedite
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We will ship using the best method, unless specified differently on purchase order, from Dallas, Texas prepaid and added to invoice.
C.O.D. is not available. We are not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier. Weights specified in the catalog are approximate
and are used to estimate freight charges. Call for information on additional shipping options.
WILL THE COLORS OF MY ARTWORK BE AN EXACT MATCH?
We cannot guarantee exact color matching within orders or on repeat orders due to the nature of the materials and manufacturing
process. Products with like-named colors in different materials may not be an exact color match. If you have questions or concerns
regarding a particular color, please contact Customer Service and we will be happy to assist you.
WHAT IS YOUR TRADEMARK POLICY?
ThermoServ assumes clients are authorized to use trademarks sent to us for imprinting. We assume no liability in trademark or
copyright disputes. The logos, designs, insignias and trademarks that are imprinted on products in our catalog have been
reproduced only as examples of our printing capabilities. They are not presented for resale nor are they to be construed as product
or brand name endorsements by or for the trademark owner(s).
WHAT IS THE PROPER CARE FOR MY PRODUCT(S)?
Hand wash all drinkware with mild detergent prior to first use. We recommend that you do not place any stainless steel products in
